If you reach your limit, an upgrade modal appears when trying to add more.

Connection Maintenance

Checking Connection Health

Signs of a healthy connection:

  • ✅ Green checkmark
  • ✅ Account name displayed
  • ✅ "Active" status

Signs of problems:

  • ⚠️ Yellow warning icon
  • ❌ Red error icon
  • "Expired" or "Error" status

Reconnecting

If a connection shows issues:

  1. Click on the problematic account
  2. Click Reconnect
  3. Complete OAuth flow again
  4. Connection is refreshed

Common reasons to reconnect:

  • Password changed on platform
  • Token expired
  • Permissions were revoked
  • Platform API updates

Regular Maintenance

Best practices:

  • Check connections weekly
  • Reconnect before major campaigns
  • Update after platform password changes
  • Remove unused connections

Disconnecting Accounts

When to Disconnect

Disconnect accounts when:

  • No longer using the account
  • Switching to a different account
  • Cleaning up workspace
  • Security concerns

How to Disconnect

  1. Click on the connected account
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the action
  4. Account is immediately removed
warning

Disconnecting stops all scheduled posts for that account. Any pending content will fail to publish.

What Happens After Disconnect

  • All future scheduled posts fail
  • Active campaigns using this account are affected
  • Historical data is preserved
  • You can reconnect anytime

Copying Connections

Cross-Workspace Copying

If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can copy connections:

  1. Click on a connected account
  2. Click Copy to Workspace
  3. Select target workspace
  4. Connection is duplicated
note

This creates a new OAuth token. Both connections remain independent and can be managed separately.

When to Copy

Useful for:

  • Setting up new workspaces quickly
  • Managing client accounts
  • Consistent multi-workspace setup
