Campaign Dashboard

The campaign dashboard is your command center for monitoring and managing an active campaign. This guide explains each section and how to use it.

Accessing the Dashboard

1. Go to Campaigns in the main navigation
2. Click on any campaign name in the list
3. The dashboard opens showing the campaign overview

Dashboard Layout

Header

The header displays key campaign information:

Element	Description
Campaign Name	The campaign title
Status Badge	Current status (Draft, Active, Running, etc.)
Goal Badge	Campaign objective (Leads, Awareness, etc.)
Date Range	Start and end dates
Action Buttons	Pause, Resume, Edit, Delete options

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar provides access to different sections:

• Content - View and manage all posts
• Strategy - AI-generated strategy insights
• AI Insights - Recommendations and suggestions
• Activity - Campaign event timeline
• RSS Feeds - Feed configuration (if enabled)

Main Content Area

The central area changes based on your sidebar selection.

Content Section

The Content section shows all posts created for the campaign.

Content Views

Toggle between two views:

Grid View

• Visual cards for each post
• Shows platform icon, preview, and status
• Quick actions on hover
• Best for visual review

Calendar View

• Timeline visualization
• Shows posts by scheduled date
• Drag to reschedule (coming soon)
• Best for planning and scheduling

Content Filters

Narrow down displayed content:

Filter	Options
Platform	All, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.
Status	All, Draft, Scheduled, Published, Failed
Date Range	Start and end date filter

Post Cards

Each post card shows:

• Platform Icon - Which platform this post is for
• Preview - Truncated post content
• Media Preview - Thumbnail if media attached
• Status Badge - Draft, Scheduled, Published, Failed
• Scheduled Time - When the post will go live
• Engagement - Metrics if published

Post Actions

Click on a post card to:

• View Details - Full post preview
• Edit - Modify content before publishing
• Execute - Publish immediately
• Delete - Remove the post

Bulk Actions

Select multiple posts for bulk operations:

1. Check the selection box on each post
2. Click Bulk Actions
3. Choose: Execute All, Delete Selected

Strategy Section

View AI-generated strategy insights and decisions.

Strategy Cards

The Strategy section shows:

Card	Content
Market Research	Industry analysis, competitor insights
Audience Analysis	Detailed audience breakdown
Campaign Planning	Recommended approach and tactics
Content Ideas	Suggested topics and themes
RSS Feed Management	Feed analysis (if enabled)

Understanding Strategy

Each strategy card contains:

• Summary - Quick overview of findings
• Details - Expandable detailed analysis
• Recommendations - Actionable suggestions
• Confidence Score - AI confidence in the analysis

Click Expand to see the full strategy detail.

AI Insights Section

Get AI-powered recommendations for your campaign.

Insight Types

• Optimization Suggestions - Ways to improve performance
• Timing Recommendations - Best times to post
• Content Suggestions - Additional content ideas
• Audience Insights - Audience behavior patterns

Acting on Insights

Each insight includes:

• Description - What the AI observed
• Recommendation - Suggested action
• Apply Button - Implement the suggestion (when applicable)

Activity Section

View a timeline of campaign events.

Activity Types

Event	Description
Campaign Created	Campaign was set up
Campaign Launched	Campaign started
Content Generated	New posts were created
Post Scheduled	A post was queued
Post Published	A post went live
Post Failed	Publishing failed
Campaign Paused	Campaign was paused
Campaign Resumed	Campaign was reactivated

Activity Details

Click any activity item to see:

• Timestamp
• User who triggered the action
• Affected content or settings
• Additional details

RSS Feeds Section

If RSS integration is enabled, this section shows:

Feed Status

• Connected feeds and their URLs
• Last fetch time
• Number of items fetched
• Fetch frequency

Feed Actions

• Refresh Now - Manually fetch latest items
• Edit Feed - Change feed URL or settings
• Remove Feed - Disconnect a feed

Campaign Controls

Pause Campaign

Stop all campaign activity temporarily:

1. Click Pause in the header
2. Confirm the action
3. Scheduled posts are held
4. Resume when ready

Resume Campaign

Restart a paused campaign:

1. Click Resume in the header
2. Confirm the action
3. Scheduled posts continue
4. New content may be generated

Edit Campaign

Modify campaign settings:

1. Click Edit in the header
2. Update settings in the wizard
3. Save changes
4. Campaign continues with new settings

Some settings cannot be changed after launch (goal, start date). Plan carefully before launching.

Execution Progress

When content is being published, you'll see:

• Progress bar showing completion
• List of pending posts
• Status of each publication attempt
• Error messages for failed posts

Troubleshooting

No Content Appearing

• Check that the campaign is Active or Running
• Wait a few minutes for AI to generate content
• Verify platforms are still connected

Posts Failing to Publish

• Check platform connection status
• Verify account permissions
• Review error messages in Activity log

Strategy Not Loading

• Refresh the page
• Check for any error banners
• Contact support if persists
