The platform uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features. This guide explains how credits work and what they're used for.

What Are Credits?

Credits are the currency used to access AI features on the platform:

  • 1 credit = One unit of AI processing
  • Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features
  • Balance is shared across your workspace
  • Purchased credits are valid for 12 months

Checking Your Balance

Header Display

Your current balance is always visible:

  1. Look in the header bar
  2. See the credit icon with number
  3. Click for quick details

Billing Page

For detailed balance information:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. View Credit Balance card
  3. See current balance and history

  • Balance reaches critical low (10 credits)
  • Operation would exceed balance

Insufficient Credits

If you try an operation without enough credits:

  1. Warning message appears
  2. Operation is blocked
  3. Prompt to purchase more credits
  4. Option to continue when balance is added

Troubleshooting
