Navigation Guide

This guide helps you understand the platform's layout and find features quickly.

The main navigation menu is located in the sidebar and provides access to all primary features.

Primary Menu Items

For Administrators

If you have admin access, you'll also see:

Header Bar

The header bar at the top of the screen contains:

  • Workspace Selector - Switch between workspaces (if you have access to multiple)
  • Credit Display - Shows your current credit balance
  • Profile Menu - Access your profile, settings, and logout

Workspace Selector

If you have access to multiple workspaces:

  1. Click the workspace name in the header
  2. Select a different workspace from the dropdown
  3. The page refreshes with data from the selected workspace

Each workspace has its own campaigns, platform connections, and brand settings. Switching workspaces changes the context for all features.

Campaign Views

When viewing campaigns, you have several navigation options:

Campaign List

  • Table View - Default list with sorting and filtering
  • Search - Find campaigns by name
  • Filters - Filter by status, goal, or date

Campaign Dashboard

When you open a campaign, the sidebar shows:

Content Views

Within the Content section, toggle between:

  • Grid View - Visual cards for each post
  • Calendar View - Timeline visualization of scheduled content

Quick Actions

From the Campaign List

  • Click a row to open the campaign dashboard
  • Use the Actions dropdown for quick operations (pause, approve, delete)

From the Campaign Dashboard

  • Edit posts directly from content cards
  • Execute to publish individual posts
  • Bulk Select to act on multiple items

Integrations Page

The Integrations page organizes platforms into categories:

  • All - View all available platforms
  • Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads
  • Advertising - Google Ads and other ad platforms
  • Analytics - Analytics and tracking tools

Each platform card shows:

  • Connection status (connected/not connected)
  • Connected account details
  • Actions (connect, disconnect, set as main)

Settings Navigation

The Settings page is organized into sections:

General

  • Billing - Credits, transactions, plan information
  • Appearance - Theme and display preferences

Administration (Admin only)

  • User Management - Manage team members
  • Workspace Management - Workspace settings
  • Organization - Organization-level configuration

Profile Menu

Click your avatar or name in the header to access:

  • Profile - Personal information and preferences
  • Settings - Quick link to settings
  • Logout - Sign out of the platform

Tips for Efficient Navigation

  1. Use the Assistant - Ask "How do I..." questions for guidance
  2. Bookmark frequently used campaigns - Use browser bookmarks for quick access
  3. Learn keyboard shortcuts - Press ? to view available shortcuts
  4. Check the breadcrumb - Always visible to show where you are

Mobile Navigation

On smaller screens:

  • The sidebar collapses to a hamburger menu
  • Tap the menu icon to reveal navigation
  • All features remain accessible in a mobile-friendly layout
