Managing Content
This guide covers how to view, edit, and manage the content within your campaigns. Content includes all posts, images, and media scheduled for publishing.
Content Overview
Campaign content is organized as individual posts or payloads. Each post represents:
- Text content for a specific platform
- Associated media (images, videos)
- Scheduled publish time
- Current status
Viewing Content
Grid View
The default view displays posts as visual cards:
- Each card shows one post
- Platform icon in the corner
- Content preview
- Status badge
- Scheduled time
Best for:
- Visual review of content
- Comparing posts across platforms
- Quick status overview
Calendar View
Switch to calendar view for timeline visualization:
- Posts arranged by date
- See publishing schedule at a glance
- Identify gaps in content schedule
- Plan around important dates
Best for:
- Scheduling optimization
- Identifying publishing gaps
- Planning around events
Switching Views
Click the view toggle in the content section header:
- Grid icon - Card layout
- Calendar icon - Timeline layout
Filtering Content
Use filters to find specific content:
Platform Filter
Show posts for specific platforms:
- Click the Platform dropdown
- Select one or more platforms
- View updates to show only selected platforms
Status Filter
Filter by post status:

| Draft | Not yet scheduled |
| Scheduled | Queued for publishing |
| Published | Successfully posted |
| Failed | Publishing failed |
Date Range Filter
View posts within a specific timeframe:
- Click the Date filter
- Select start and end dates
- View updates to show posts in range
Post Details
Click any post card to view full details.
Post Preview
See the complete post content:
- Full text (not truncated)
- Attached media (images/videos)
- Platform-specific formatting
- Character count
Post Metadata
View post information:

Engagement Metrics
For published posts:
- Likes/Reactions
- Comments
- Shares/Retweets
- Reach/Impressions
Metrics may take time to sync from platforms. Check back later for updated numbers.
Editing Posts
Edit content before it's published.
Opening the Editor
- Click on a post card
- Click Edit in the detail view
- The payload edit modal opens
Editing Text
- Modify the post text directly
- Check character limits for the platform
- Preview how it will appear

Editing Media
- Replace images or videos
- Adjust media settings
- Remove media if needed
Saving Changes
- Review your edits
- Click Save Changes
- The post updates with new content
Editing a published post creates a new version but doesn't update the live post on the platform.
Payload JSON View
For advanced users, view the raw payload:
- Open post details
- Click View JSON
- See the complete payload structure
This is useful for:
- Debugging issues
- Understanding data structure
- Technical review
Scheduling Posts
Rescheduling a Post
Change when a post will be published:
- Open post details
- Click the scheduled time
- Select new date and time
- Save changes
Optimal Timing
The AI suggests optimal posting times based on:
- Platform best practices
- Audience time zones
- Historical engagement data
Publishing Content
Manual Publishing
Publish a post immediately:
- Select the post
- Click Execute or Publish Now
- Confirm the action
- Post is sent to the platform
Bulk Publishing
Publish multiple posts at once:
- Select posts using checkboxes
- Click Bulk Actions
- Choose Execute Selected
- Confirm the action
Automatic Publishing
Scheduled posts publish automatically:
- Posts go live at scheduled time
- No manual action required
- View results in Activity log
Deleting Content
Remove unwanted posts:
Single Delete
- Open post details
- Click Delete
- Confirm the action
- Post is removed
Bulk Delete
- Select multiple posts
- Click Bulk Actions
- Choose Delete Selected
- Confirm the action
Deleted posts cannot be recovered. Be certain before deleting.
Content Status Guide
Draft
Post is created but not scheduled:
- Not in the publishing queue
- Can be freely edited
- Won't publish until scheduled
Scheduled
Post is queued for publishing:
- Has a set publish time
- Will auto-publish at that time
- Can still be edited or cancelled
Published
Post has been successfully published:
- Live on the platform
- Engagement can be tracked
- Cannot be modified (platform-side)
Failed
Publishing attempt failed:
- Check error message for details
- Can retry publishing
- May need to edit content first
Troubleshooting
Post Won't Publish
Check these common issues:
- Platform disconnected - Reconnect in Integrations
- Content violates policy - Edit to comply with platform rules
- Rate limit hit - Wait and retry later
- Media too large - Compress or resize media
Media Not Displaying
- Verify file format is supported
- Check file size limits
- Ensure media uploaded successfully
Scheduled Time Passed
If a scheduled time passes without publishing:
- Check campaign status (must be Running)
- Verify platform connection
- Review Activity log for errors
Best Practices
- Review before publishing - Always check content before it goes live
- Check all platforms - Verify content looks good on each platform
- Mind character limits - Ensure content fits platform requirements
- Preview media - Make sure images/videos display correctly
- Space out posts - Avoid publishing too many posts at once
