Managing Workspaces
Organize multiple brands, clients, or projects with workspaces.
What are Workspaces?
Workspaces let you separate different brands, clients, or projects within your 3L3C account. Each workspace has its own:
- Brand settings: Logo, colors, voice, guidelines
- Connected accounts: Platform integrations
- Campaigns: All campaign data and history
- Team members: Workspace-specific access
- Billing: Separate credit usage tracking
Creating a Workspace
From Dashboard
- Click the workspace dropdown (top-left)
- Select "+ Create Workspace"
- Enter workspace details:
- Workspace name
- Description (optional)
- Workspace type (Brand, Client, Project)
- Click "Create"
Workspace Limits
Different plans have different workspace limits:

Workspace Settings
General Settings
Configure basic workspace information:
- Workspace name
- Description
- Workspace type
- Default language
- Time zone
Brand Kit
Each workspace has its own brand kit:
- Logo (primary and alternate)
- Brand colors (primary, secondary, accent)
- Typography preferences
- Brand voice and tone
- Do's and don'ts
- Compliance rules
Platform Connections
Connect social and ad accounts per workspace:
- Instagram Business/Creator
- Facebook Page
- X (Twitter) account
- YouTube channel
- TikTok account
- Google Ads account
- Meta Ads account
Switching Between Workspaces
Quick Switch
Use the workspace dropdown in the top navigation:
- Click current workspace name
- Select different workspace from list
- Dashboard updates instantly
Keyboard Shortcut
- Mac:
Cmd + K, then type workspace name - Windows:
Ctrl + K, then type workspace name
Workspace Roles & Permissions
Owner
Full control over workspace:
- Manage all settings
- Invite/remove team members
- View billing
- Delete workspace
Admin
Administrative access:
- Manage campaigns
- Configure brand settings
- Invite team members (can't remove Owner)
- View analytics
Editor
Content management:
- Create and edit campaigns
- Approve content
- Schedule posts
- View analytics
Viewer
Read-only access:
- View campaigns
- See analytics
- No editing permissions

Archiving Workspaces
When to Archive
- Client project completed
- Brand sunset
- Seasonal workspace no longer needed
- Testing workspace cleanup
How to Archive
- Go to Workspace Settings
- Scroll to "Danger Zone"
- Click "Archive Workspace"
- Confirm action
Note: Archived workspaces:
- Don't count toward workspace limits
- Keep all data (read-only)
- Can be restored anytime
- Stop consuming Creative Credits
Deleting Workspaces
Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone!
Before Deleting
- Export campaign data
- Download analytics reports
- Save any important content
- Disconnect platform accounts
Deletion Process
- Archive workspace first (24-hour cooldown)
- After 24 hours, access archived workspace
- Click "Delete Permanently"
- Type workspace name to confirm
- Confirm deletion

Keep workspaces focused:
- One brand per workspace
- Don't mix unrelated projects
- Use consistent brand kits
- Regular cleanup of old workspaces
Team Access
Follow principle of least privilege:
- Give minimum required permissions
- Review team access quarterly
- Remove access when team members leave
- Use Viewer role for stakeholders
Credit Management
Monitor usage per workspace:
- Set budget alerts
- Track credit consumption
- Allocate credits strategically
- Review monthly usage reports
