Managing Workspaces

Organize multiple brands, clients, or projects with workspaces.

What are Workspaces?

Workspaces let you separate different brands, clients, or projects within your 3L3C account. Each workspace has its own:

  • Brand settings: Logo, colors, voice, guidelines
  • Connected accounts: Platform integrations
  • Campaigns: All campaign data and history
  • Team members: Workspace-specific access
  • Billing: Separate credit usage tracking

  • Test
  • Workspace 1

Workspace Organization

Keep workspaces focused:

  • One brand per workspace
  • Don't mix unrelated projects
  • Use consistent brand kits
  • Regular cleanup of old workspaces

Team Access

Follow principle of least privilege:

  • Give minimum required permissions
  • Review team access quarterly
  • Remove access when team members leave
  • Use Viewer role for stakeholders

Credit Management

Monitor usage per workspace:

  • Set budget alerts
  • Track credit consumption
  • Allocate credits strategically
  • Review monthly usage reports
