Tips for Better Conversations

Be Clear and Specific

Less effective:

"I need help"

More effective:

"I need help creating a LinkedIn campaign targeting small business owners for our accounting software"

Provide Context

Less effective:

"Add more platforms"

More effective:

"Add Instagram and TikTok to the summer sale campaign we just created"

Ask One Thing at a Time

For complex requests, break them down:

  1. "Create a new campaign for our product launch"
  2. "Set the goal to awareness"
  3. "Target ages 25-40"

Use Follow-up Questions

The AI maintains context, so you can:

"Create a campaign for our newsletter"

[AI creates campaign]

"Actually, change the goal to leads instead"

[AI updates the goal]

"And make it run for 2 weeks"

Troubleshooting

AI Doesn't Understand

If the AI misunderstands:

  1. Rephrase your request more clearly
  2. Provide additional context
  3. Break complex requests into smaller parts

Slow Responses

For complex operations:

  • Campaign creation may take 10-30 seconds
  • Content generation can take longer
  • You'll see a loading indicator during processing

Connection Issues

If the chat shows disconnection:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page
  3. The AI will reconnect automatically when possible

Unexpected Responses

If you get an unexpected response:

  • Check if you're in the right conversation
  • Make sure the AI has the context it needs
  • Start a new conversation if context is confused
