Creating Campaigns
The campaign creation wizard guides you through four phases to set up a complete marketing campaign. This guide covers each phase in detail.
Starting the Wizard
- Navigate to Campaigns in the main menu
- Click the Create Campaign button
- The wizard opens at Phase 1
Phase 1: Campaign Details
The first phase captures essential information about your campaign.
Campaign Name
Enter a clear, descriptive name that identifies the campaign's purpose.
Good examples:
- "Summer Sale 2024 - All Platforms"
- "Product Launch - Enterprise Features"
- "Brand Awareness - Q1 Initiative"
Avoid:
- "Campaign 1"
- "Test"
- "Marketing"
Description
Provide context about what the campaign aims to achieve. This helps the AI understand your objectives.
Example:
Promote our annual summer sale with 25% off all products. Focus on existing customers and lookalike audiences. Emphasize limited-time offer and free shipping.
Campaign Goal
Select the primary objective:

| Engagement | You want to spark conversations and build community |
| Sales | You're directly promoting products or services |
| Traffic | You want to drive visitors to your website |
| Conversions | You're optimizing for specific actions (downloads, registrations) |
Campaign Dates
- Start Date - When the campaign should begin
- End Date - When the campaign should conclude
Leave end date open for evergreen campaigns that run continuously until you decide to stop them.
Content Language
Select the language for generated content. The AI will create all posts in this language.
Click Next to proceed to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Target Audience
Define who you're trying to reach with this campaign.
Demographics
Configure the basic characteristics of your target audience:
Age Ranges
Select one or more age groups:
- 18-24
- 25-34
- 35-44
- 45-54
- 55-64
- 65+
Gender
- All genders
- Male
- Female
- Custom/Other
Income Level (Optional)
- Entry level
- Middle income
- Upper middle income
- High income
Education (Optional)
- High school
- Some college
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate degree
Interests and Behaviors
Add interests that define your audience:
- Click Add Interest
- Enter an interest (e.g., "fitness," "technology," "cooking")
- Add as many as relevant
The AI uses these to tailor content themes and language.
Geographic Targeting
Specify where your audience is located:
- Countries - Select target countries
- Regions/States - Narrow to specific regions
- Cities - Target specific cities
Leave empty for worldwide targeting.
Click Next to proceed to Phase 3.
Phase 3: Content Strategy
Configure how content will be created and distributed.
Platform Selection
Choose which platforms to include:

You can only select platforms you've already connected. Connect more platforms if needed.
Brand Guidelines
Review and adjust brand settings for this campaign:
- Tone of Voice - Professional, casual, friendly, etc.
- Dos - Things content should include
- Don'ts - Things content should avoid
These default to your Company Hub settings but can be customized per campaign.
RSS Feeds (Optional)
If you want to incorporate RSS content:
- Toggle Enable RSS Integration
- Add RSS feed URLs
- Configure fetch frequency
- Enable auto-discovery (optional)
The AI will use RSS content as inspiration for posts.
Click Next to proceed to Phase 4.
Phase 4: Review and Launch
Review all settings before launching.
Campaign Summary
Review the complete configuration:
- Campaign name and description
- Goal and dates
- Target audience summary
- Selected platforms
- Brand guidelines
- RSS settings (if enabled)
Credit Estimate
See the estimated credit usage for this campaign:
- Content generation credits
- Scheduling credits
- Platform publishing credits
Ensure you have sufficient credits before launching.
Launch Options
Choose how to launch:
Launch Immediately
- Campaign starts right away
- AI begins generating content
- Posts are scheduled for publishing
Submit for Approval
- Campaign enters "Pending Approval" status
- An administrator must review and approve
- Use this for team workflows and quality control
Launching
- Review all settings carefully
- Click Launch Campaign or Submit for Approval
- Confirm the action in the dialog
- You'll be redirected to the campaign dashboard
Draft Auto-Save
The wizard automatically saves your progress:
- Every field change is saved
- If you leave and return, you'll see a recovery modal
- Click Resume to continue where you left off
- Click Start Fresh to begin a new campaign
Common Issues
"Not enough credits"
You need more credits to launch:
- Purchase credits in Settings
- Reduce the campaign scope (fewer platforms, shorter duration)
"Platform not connected"
You selected a platform that isn't connected:
- Remove the platform from selection, or
- Connect the platform first
"Missing required fields"
Check that you've completed:
- Campaign name
- At least one goal
- At least one platform
- Start date
After Launching
Once launched, the campaign dashboard shows:
- AI generates content - Watch the Strategy section
- Content appears - Posts show up in the Content section
- Scheduling begins - Posts are queued for publishing
- Publishing starts - Content goes live on platforms
