This Cookie Policy explains how ELEC FLEET TECHNOLOGIES SRL (“3L3C”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and apps (the “Services”). 1) What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files placed on your device that store settings and identifiers. We also use SDKs, pixels, tags, and local storage for similar purposes. Some cookies are set by us (first‑party); others are set by third parties (third‑party) when their services are integrated in our pages.
2) Legal basis and consent (EU/RO)
We place essential cookies based on our legitimate interest/necessity to provide the Services (EU ePrivacy + GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b)).
We place analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can accept, reject, or customise your choices in our banner and change them at any time via Manage cookies.
We use Google's Consent Mode v2 for Google tags (Analytics/Ads/YouTube) so that, when you deny consent, tags are adjusted or suppressed accordingly.
3) How to manage or withdraw your consent
- Use the cookie banner on first visit to accept/reject per category.
- At any time, click Manage cookies (footer link) to reopen preferences and change/withdraw consent.
- You can also control cookies via your browser settings; however, blocking cookies may affect site functionality.
- Your preferences are remembered for 6–12 months (or earlier if we change vendors materially), after which we will ask you again.
4) Categories we use

We do not set analytics/advertising cookies until you consent.
