Purchasing Credits
This guide covers how to purchase credit packages to keep your AI features running.
Accessing Credit Purchase
From Header
- Click the credit balance in the header
- Click Top Up or Buy Credits
- Credit purchase page opens
From Settings
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Find the Credit Balance card
- Click Top Up Credits

Choosing a Package
Consider:
- Current campaigns - How many are running?
- Usage history - What have you used before?
- Upcoming needs - Any large campaigns planned?
- Budget - What can you allocate?
Purchase Process
Step 1: Select Package
- View available packages
- Compare credits and pricing
- Click Select on your chosen package
Step 2: Review Order
Confirm your selection:

Step 3: Payment
The payment process uses Stripe:
- Click Proceed to Payment
- Stripe checkout opens
- Enter payment details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
- Billing address (if required)
- Click Pay
Step 4: Confirmation
After successful payment:
- Confirmation page appears
- Credits added immediately
- Receipt sent to email
- Transaction recorded in history

Credits Added
Credits are added instantly:
- Balance updates immediately
- No activation needed
- Ready to use right away
Receipt
You receive:
- Email confirmation
- PDF receipt
- Transaction ID for reference
In Transaction History
Purchase appears showing:
- Date and time
- Package purchased
- Credits added
- Amount paid

Viewing History
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to Transaction History
- View all credit transactions
Transaction Types

Filtering History
Filter transactions by:
- Date range
- Transaction type
- Amount
- Operation
Pagination
For long histories:
- View 20 transactions per page
- Click Load More for additional
- Or navigate using page numbers
Transaction Details
Each entry shows:

Receipts and Invoices
Finding Receipts
- Go to Transaction History
- Find the purchase transaction
- Click View Receipt
- PDF opens or downloads
What's Included
Receipts contain:
- Transaction date
- Credits purchased
- Amount paid
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Company details
- Transaction ID
Requesting Invoices
For formal invoices:
- Contact support
- Provide transaction ID
- Include company billing details
- Invoice will be provided
Failed Payments
Common Reasons
| Issue | Cause | Solution |

| Card declined | Insufficient funds | Try different card |
| Invalid card | Wrong details entered | Check card info |

Retry Payment

Pending Transactions
If stuck as pending:
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Refresh the page
- Check bank statement
- Contact support if charged but no credits
Refunds
Refund Policy
- Unused credits may be refundable
- Contact support for requests
- Subject to terms of service
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
Requesting a Refund
- Contact support
- Provide transaction details
- Explain refund reason
- Wait for review
Success and Cancel Pages
Success Page
After successful purchase:
- Confirmation message
- New balance displayed
- Return to billing button
- Receipt download option
Cancel Page
If you cancel during checkout:
- No charges made
- Return to package selection
- Credits not added
- Can try again anytime

Payment Not Processing
- Check internet connection
- Verify card details
- Try a different browser
- Disable ad blockers
Credits Not Added
After successful payment:
- Refresh the page
- Wait 5 minutes
- Check transaction history
- Contact support with transaction ID
Wrong Amount Charged
- Check receipt
- Verify selected package
- Review currency conversion

Duplicate Charges
