Purchasing Credits

This guide covers how to purchase credit packages to keep your AI features running.

Accessing Credit Purchase

From Header

  1. Click the credit balance in the header
  2. Click Top Up or Buy Credits
  3. Credit purchase page opens

From Settings

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find the Credit Balance card
  3. Click Top Up Credits

Choosing a Package

Consider:

  • Current campaigns - How many are running?
  • Usage history - What have you used before?
  • Upcoming needs - Any large campaigns planned?
  • Budget - What can you allocate?

Purchase Process

Step 1: Select Package

  1. View available packages
  2. Compare credits and pricing
  3. Click Select on your chosen package

Step 2: Review Order

Confirm your selection:

Step 3: Payment

The payment process uses Stripe:

  1. Click Proceed to Payment
  2. Stripe checkout opens
  3. Enter payment details:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV
    • Billing address (if required)
  4. Click Pay

Step 4: Confirmation

After successful payment:

  1. Confirmation page appears
  2. Credits added immediately
  3. Receipt sent to email
  4. Transaction recorded in history

After Purchase

Credits Added

Credits are added instantly:

  1. Balance updates immediately
  2. No activation needed
  3. Ready to use right away

Receipt

You receive:

  • Email confirmation
  • PDF receipt
  • Transaction ID for reference

In Transaction History

Purchase appears showing:

  • Date and time
  • Package purchased
  • Credits added
  • Amount paid

Viewing History

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Scroll to Transaction History
  3. View all credit transactions

Transaction Types

Filtering History

Filter transactions by:

  • Date range
  • Transaction type
  • Amount
  • Operation

Pagination

For long histories:

  1. View 20 transactions per page
  2. Click Load More for additional
  3. Or navigate using page numbers

Each entry shows:

Receipts and Invoices

Finding Receipts

  1. Go to Transaction History
  2. Find the purchase transaction
  3. Click View Receipt
  4. PDF opens or downloads

What's Included

Receipts contain:

  • Transaction date
  • Credits purchased
  • Amount paid
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Company details
  • Transaction ID

Requesting Invoices

For formal invoices:

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide transaction ID
  3. Include company billing details
  4. Invoice will be provided

Failed Payments

Common Reasons

Retry Payment

If payment fails:

  1. Check error message
  2. Verify card details

Pending Transactions

If stuck as pending:

  1. Wait 10-15 minutes
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Check bank statement
  4. Contact support if charged but no credits

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Unused credits may be refundable
  • Contact support for requests
  • Subject to terms of service
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide transaction details
  3. Explain refund reason
  4. Wait for review

Success and Cancel Pages

Success Page

After successful purchase:

  • Confirmation message
  • New balance displayed
  • Return to billing button
  • Receipt download option

Cancel Page

If you cancel during checkout:

  • No charges made
  • Return to package selection
  • Credits not added
  • Can try again anytime

Troubleshooting

Payment Not Processing

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Verify card details
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Disable ad blockers

Credits Not Added

After successful payment:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Wait 5 minutes
  3. Check transaction history
  4. Contact support with transaction ID

Wrong Amount Charged

  1. Check receipt
  2. Verify selected package
  3. Review currency conversion
  4. Contact support if incorrect

Duplicate Charges

  1. Check transaction history
  2. Review bank statement
  3. Contact support immediately
  4. Provide transaction IDs

  1. Track usage - Monitor credit consumption
  2. Set thresholds - Know when to buy more
  3. Buy in bulk - Better per-credit pricing
