Team Collaboration

Work together seamlessly with your team in 3L3C workspaces.

Inviting Team Members

Send Invitations

  1. Open your workspace
  2. Go to SettingsTeam
  3. Click "Invite Team Member"
  4. Enter email address
  5. Select role (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer)
  6. Add personal message (optional)
  7. Click "Send Invitation"

Invitation Process

The invited member receives an email with:

  • Invitation from you
  • Workspace name
  • Assigned role
  • Accept/Decline links

Expiration: Invitations expire after 7 days

Managing Team Members

View Team Members

See all workspace members:

  • Name and email
  • Role and permissions
  • Last active date
  • Join date

Change Roles

Update member permissions:

  1. Click team member name
  2. Select "Change Role"
  3. Choose new role
  4. Click "Update"

Remove Members

Remove someone from workspace:

  1. Click team member name
  2. Select "Remove from Workspace"
  3. Confirm removal

Note: Member loses all access immediately
