  • Workflow automation: Do the “after call work” reliably—case tags, disposition suggestions, follow-up reminders—while the agent stays accountable.

These patterns show up in both sales and support products, and they’re where legal risk piles up:

  • Impersonation vibes: Voice AI that sounds human without clear disclosure.
  • Consent shortcuts: Outreach, recording, or data capture that relies on unclear or missing permission.
  • Volume-first design: Systems optimized for throughput while ignoring complaint signals.
  • Unbounded generation: Bots that can produce policy, pricing, or legal statements without hard constraints.
