AI governance in contact centers is often framed as “slowing innovation.” I don’t buy that. Governance is what lets you scale without waking up to a legal fire drill.
The bigger point from the RSS article still stands: automation masquerading as intelligence is a dead end. Whether you’re dialing prospects or serving customers, people can feel when the system is optimized for throughput instead of respect.
