The fix isn’t only better prompts or bigger models. It’s building cultural intelligence (CQ) across the workforce and then feeding those learnings back into your AI in a disciplined way.

I like CQ because it forces a practical question: Can your team (and your AI) recognize what the customer values in this moment—and adjust fast? That’s the difference between “accurate answers” and “a customer who trusts you.”

  • Bot containment with quality guardrails (containment and post-interaction CSAT)

If your bot containment goes up while complaints about “rude” or “robotic” also rise, you didn’t improve CX—you scaled friction.
