Irrigation mu Rwanda: Uko Fintech Ifasha Kurwanya Inzara

MINAGRI iherutse kongera gushyira igitutu ku mishinga y’irrigation nyuma y’uko ubuyobozi bukuru b’igihugu bunenze ko inzara igaragara no mu turere dufite ubushobozi bwo guhinga.
