AI Ishobora Kugabanya Gutinda Kwishyura Ibitaro?
Gutinda kwishyura ibigo nderabuzima byigenga si “ikibazo cy’ibaruramari” gusa. Ni ikibazo cy’amafaranga azunguruka mu bukungu: iyo ikigo nderabuzima cyatinze kubona ayo cyakoreye, kigabanya ibikoresho kigura, kigatinda guhemba abakozi, cyangwa kigatinda kwakira abarwayi.
