Here’s the thing about incident response in higher education: it’s not just a security problem. It’s a workforce readiness problem. If your people don’t know exactly what to do under pressure — across IT, academic leadership, student services, communications, legal, and vendors — the “best” security stack in the world won’t save your semester.
