2. Treat AI as “version zero”, not the finished product

Teachers using AI productively treat it like a teaching assistant, not a ghost teacher.

You can do the same at work:

  • Ask AI for a first draft.
  • Edit hard, add your expertise, context, and tone.
  • Add examples from your real experience.

The human value is in curation and judgment, not in starting from a blank page.

3. Make the human value visible

If you don’t want to be replaced by a tool, make sure people can see what the tool can’t do.
